Who we are
Rebirth of a Rose is operated by Rebirth of a Rose LLC, which is the data controller for your personal information. Contact: minnieleighrose@gmail.com. Website: rebirth-of-arose.life.
What we collect
- Account info: email, optional display name and avatar.
- Subscription state: whether you are a Bloom Member, your billing period, and a payment-provider customer ID.
- Your content: favorites and journal entries are saved in this browser, separately for each signed-in account. Contact form messages are sent to our support inbox. Text submitted for personalized encouragement is sent to our AI service to generate a response.
- Payment info: handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your card.
How we use it
To run the sanctuary: sign you in, remember your preferences, give you the features you paid for, and contact you about important account or billing changes. That's it. We do not sell your data, ever.
Your journal
Journal entries and favorites are stored locally in your browser, not uploaded to our database or synced across devices. Sign-in gates access within the app, but local storage is not encrypted by the app. Anyone with access to your device or browser storage may be able to read it. Protect shared devices and sign out when finished. Older device-only entries are not automatically assigned to an account because their owner is unknown.
Cookies & analytics
We use authentication and session storage, Google Ads measurement, and third-party support widgets from LeadConnector and HelloSkip. These services may use cookies or process visit and interaction data. Messages you submit to a support widget are handled by its provider; avoid sharing sensitive journal content there.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email us and we'll honor it within 30 days.

- Stripe — payments, billing, and invoices.
- Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, and AI service infrastructure.
- Google — optional Google sign-in and Google Ads measurement.
- LeadConnector and HelloSkip — third-party support widgets and interactions submitted through them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and notify members by email of any meaningful changes.
